For your application, please use the online form that you will find in the job advertisement on our job portal. Unfortunately, applications by e-mail or standard mail cannot be processed and therefore not considered in our application process.

• Your school, training, internship and work references and other evidence

Sure. If you cannot find a suitable job advertisement in our job portal, please send us an unsolicited application. Please write a short letter of motivation in which you explain what you are looking for and what area of the company you are interested in.

As soon as we have received your application, you will receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt by email. If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt, please get in touch with the HR contact listed in the job advertisement. Please check your spam folder first.

Yes. However, please only apply once and leave us a note in the comment field of the online form which position(s) you are also interested in. We will take this into account accordingly.

After receiving your application, the responsible contact person from the human resources department will check together with the responsible department whether your profile fits our position. Since every application is important to us, we need a little time to carefully examine your documents.

If your application convinces us, you can usually expect a two-stage application process. Both representatives of the specialist department and a contact person from the HR department take part in the discussions. Occasionally, getting to know each other in person is preceded by a short telephone call.

Our job portal is always up to date. As soon as a position is filled, the job advertisement is removed from the job portal. Please do not be surprised if a job advertisement has been online for a longer period of time. This can sometimes mean that we have to fill a position more than once.

Every year we offer a dual course in General Management. To this end, we cooperate with the European University of Applied Sciences (EU|FH) Aachen.

All training positions that we are currently looking to fill can be found on our job portal. As soon as a position is filled, the advertisement will be removed from the job portal.

Which qualification is required depends entirely on the respective training occupation. Please refer to the job advertisement for more information.

If your application has convinced us, you can usually expect a two-stage application process. As a first step, we invite you to get to know each other, including an aptitude test, on our premises. If the result is good, you will be promptly invited to a personal interview with representatives of the specialist department. We want to get to know you better and find out whether we are a good match.

Experienced trainers are always on hand to provide our trainees with help and advice during their training. In order to prepare you as well as possible for your IHK final exam, we also offer either home tuition or alternative measures to prepare for the exam, depending on the training occupation.

Basically, we train for our own needs. Since we are constantly growing, the chances of being taken on are correspondingly high. Anyone who convinces us with good performance will initially receive a half-year contract after the training and will be taken on full-time if there is a vacancy.

Unfortunately, school internships are currently not possible for organizational reasons.

As a student, all options are open to you with us. In many areas of the company, we offer internships, working student positions and the opportunity to write a thesis in cooperation with us. You will find open positions in our job portal, but we also look forward to receiving your unsolicited application.

So that we can give you an initial insight into everyday working life, you should ideally have between three and six months for an internship with us. You are welcome to send us an unsolicited application with a rough topic proposal so that we can check to what extent appropriate support is possible.

Of course, we treat your application documents as strictly confidential. Only our human resources department and the relevant department to which you sent your application have access to your application. If we want to forward your documents (e.g., because there is another vacancy that matches your profile), we will ask you in advance by telephone or in writing for your consent.

We will anonymize your data no later than four months after completing the recruitment process. The anonymized data sets are then used for statistical evaluations and deleted after six months at the latest. If we want to include your application in our pool of applicants so that we can contact you again at a later date, we will ask for your consent in advance. In this case, your data will not be anonymized and will be deleted after 18 months at the latest.
