As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Martin Grablowitz leads the company together with his cousin Isabel Bonacker (Deputy Chairman of the Board). And successfully so: since joining the company in 2014, sales have more than tripled.
A team of Co-CEOs forms the senior leadership of BABOR BEAUTY GROUP: Tim Waller, Horst Robertz and Stefan Kehr. Tim Waller is Group Brand President BABOR & Premium Brands and responsible for marketing and sales. Horst Robertz oversees research, procurement and production departments, while Stefan Kehr heads the finance and human resources divisions.
